Ultimate Screen Not Loading

Description of the problem:

The Ultimate screen does not load properly (gets stuck).

Solution:

Some possible solutions:

1. Getting hung up on "Hardware Check"? See "Hardware Check" article.

2. Getting hung up on "Loading XML Profile"? See "Loading XML Profile" article.

3. Is Mach3 licensed or demo? Contact us for a license.

4. Is the Windows version genuine? (If you purchased your control from MachMotion, it is genuine.)

5. Are the license files for Ultimate screen present? (located in

C:\Program Files\AGD)

1. Try re-installing the Ultimate screen.

2. Try re-installing Flash.

3. Check if any network adapters are disabled.
