Step and Continuous Jog Both Selected

Description of the problem:

Step and Continuous mode are illuminated and the system won't jog.

Solution:

Pressing "ctrl-esc" turns on step mode then shifts focus from Mach. On returning to Mach step mode is still enabled along with cont mode disallowing jogging. "Ctrl" key must then be pressed to take Mach out of step mode.
