Mouse/Keyboard Issues

Description of the problem:

Mouse and/or keyboard is not working at all.

Solution:

If the mouse and/or keyboard are having issues check to see if the mouse is plugged in using a PS2 adapter. If it isn't there could be driver conflicts causing the problem.
