Drive Fault Fault

Description of the problem:

On Apollo series boards the X0 (Drive Fault) is always on whether the drives have errors or not. Upon further inspection the only way to get the X0 LED to turn off is by removing all the control cables from the Apollo board.

Solution:

The adapter boards on the drives are bad. Most likely this was caused by something being wired into X0. The boards must be repaired or replaced.
