Parallel Port Failure
Description of the problem:
Parallel ports not mounting correctly in the software.
Solution:
If the system is not communicating and the device manager has the ports in "Other devices" do the following:
Try reloading the drivers (usually in the programs and drivers folder)
Disconnect the parallel ports and restart the computer (in case of short)
Replace the parallel port card
